The exhibition

Queen Unseen at Asilo Ciani

Queen Unseen | Peter Hince was presented in Lugano in 2025 at Asilo Ciani, within the LongLake Festival / LongLake Experiences context.

Curated and produced by A Piece of His Own in collaboration with Blu&Blu Network, the Lugano stop presented a particularly broad and articulated exhibition path. For the first time within Queen Unseen, Peter Hince’s photographic project was accompanied by an A Piece of His Own section dedicated to memorabilia and original objects, including pieces from the Sotheby’s auction of Freddie Mercury’s collection. This new element expanded the exhibition narrative by connecting the images with material testimonies of the band’s history.
